Our Templates & Activities
Our activities are NOT "Arts & Crafts" with computers, but rather...
We
provide templates, instructions, planning sheets, lesson plans, and
training to help teachers integrate technology into their existing
curricula using tried and proven foldables and graphic organizers that
motivate students.
The Print, Cut, & Fold phenomenon began a few years ago when Jim
Holland and Gaby Krumm (both instructional technology specialists for
Arlington ISD in Arlington, TX), threw around some ideas for
technology-infused foldables- something that teachers could walk away
from a staff development session and use immediately in their
curriculum to integrate technology. Hundreds of workshops and thousands
of participants later, Print, Cut, & Fold was born.
Our Guiding Principles
We have the highest standards for the activities and templates we
include in our publications and templates. We scrutinize every activity
idea with these guidelines in mind:
- The activity must be curriculum driven
- The activity must not require special equipment
- The activity must not require double-sided printing
- The activity must not be so complex that the activity overshadows the content
